Features

Built so your files never have to leave

AgentOS is a local-first AI workspace. Every feature follows from one rule: your work data stays on your machine, and the AI runs on AgentOS servers in Singapore — your question travels there with a text excerpt extracted on your machine, and the original files never leave.

What you get

Every feature follows the same rule

Six pillars, one underlying principle: your work data stays where you can see it, and only the excerpt needed to answer a question goes to the AI.

  • 16,000characters max per excerpt sent with a question
  • 1live model today — qwen2.5:14b
  • 8apps drawing on one shared token pool
  • 2desktop platforms — macOS and Windows
01

Your files stay on your machine

Documents, notes, customer records and everything else you work with in AgentOS are stored locally, on your own computer — the app has no upload or sync endpoint, so nothing is copied to a server wholesale. When you ask the AI about something, the text is extracted on your machine and only the specific excerpt needed to answer that one request is sent, and it is designed not to be kept afterwards. The rule holds the same way across every app in the workspace, from a Files search to a CRM follow-up draft.

02

AI runs on AgentOS servers in Singapore

Every AI request goes to one address: AgentOS's own inference node in Singapore — Google Cloud, region asia-southeast1, on an NVIDIA L4 GPU — running the qwen2.5:14b model, the one live model today. There is no external API key to set up and nothing to configure. Your question travels there with a text excerpt extracted on your machine and capped at 16,000 characters; the original files never leave. Registering your own Mac or your own GCP instance as an AOS Node is the direction the product is built around, not what powers your AI today.

03

Zero-retention by design

Each AI request carries only the context needed to answer it, and the service is designed not to keep anything in a remote profile afterwards: no growing history of your documents, conversations or customer records on someone else's servers, every request starting fresh, and the snippet discarded once the answer comes back. This is zero-retention by design — verification still in progress.

04

Eight apps in one window

Files, AI Chat, Accounting, CRM, Email, Marketing Content, AI Notes and Translation all live behind a single install. Instead of switching between eight disconnected tools with eight separate logins, you get one workspace, one set of local data, and the same local-first rule applied consistently across all of them.

05

One shared token pool

Every app draws from a single token balance instead of billing each tool separately. You get a free daily grant to start, and can top up with a monthly subscription — Lite, Standard or Pro — or a one-time pack when you need more. All pricing is indicative and billed in SGD; billing is pre-launch, so nothing is charged automatically yet.

06

macOS and Windows

AgentOS is a native desktop app for macOS on Apple Silicon and for Windows 10/11 (64-bit) — not a browser tab or a web dashboard. Install it once, and the full eight-app workspace and your local files run on your own hardware, with the AI itself running on AgentOS servers in Singapore.

How it works

One local-first path for every request

Every feature on this page comes from the same mechanism. Your files stay inside "Your machine" the whole time; when you ask the AI about one of them, the text is extracted on your machine and only that highlighted excerpt — capped at 16,000 characters — crosses over to AgentOS servers in Singapore. The answer comes back, and the excerpt is designed not to be kept: neither your underlying files nor a running history of your requests is meant to be stored anywhere else — and the same path applies whether the request comes from Files, AI Chat, CRM or any other app in the workspace.

Diagram: "Your machine" holds all eight AgentOS apps and your files; only the highlighted excerpt you ask about crosses to "AgentOS servers in Singapore"; one shared token pool powers every app, and the excerpt is designed not to be kept once the answer returns.
Files stay on your machine · only the asked-about excerpt travels to AgentOS servers in Singapore · the answer returns, and the excerpt is designed not to be kept — for every one of the eight apps, on every request.
  1. Your files stay on your machine

When you ask about a file, the text is extracted on your machine. The original file never leaves it.

  2. Only the excerpt travels

The highlighted excerpt, capped at 16,000 characters, goes with your question to AgentOS servers in Singapore.

  3. The answer comes back

The excerpt is designed not to be kept, and the same path applies to every one of the eight apps.

Built honestly

What ships today, and what's still coming

We would rather tell you what is real than oversell a roadmap. Here is the current build, plainly.

Live today

The AI runs on AgentOS servers, out of the box

Every AI request goes to AgentOS's own inference node in Singapore, running the qwen2.5:14b model — one live model, no external API key required to start. Your files stay on your machine; only the text excerpt extracted there, capped at 16,000 characters, travels with your question.

Direction

Running your own node is the direction, not a one-click feature yet

Registering your own Mac or GCP instance as an AOS Node — covered on the AOS Node page — is how AgentOS is designed to scale compute. Treat it as the direction the product is built around; today every request is answered by AgentOS's own node in Singapore.

Pre-launch

Billing is pre-launch

Subscription and pack prices shown across the site are indicative and billed in SGD. Nothing is charged automatically while billing is pre-launch.

In progress

Some workflows are still being wired up

Sending email, the referral leaderboard and live payment are not fully wired yet. We describe every feature here by what the app does today, not by what is planned.

Common questions

Features, answered plainly

Do my files ever leave my computer?

No. Your files, notes and records stay stored locally on your machine — the original files never leave it. When you ask the AI about something, the text is extracted on your machine and only that excerpt, capped at 16,000 characters, is sent with your question to AgentOS servers in Singapore for that one request, and it is designed not to be kept afterwards.

What AI actually powers AgentOS today?

AgentOS's own inference node in Singapore — Google Cloud, region asia-southeast1, on an NVIDIA L4 GPU — running the qwen2.5:14b model. That is the one live model today, and there is no external API key to set up. The app sends your question together with a text excerpt extracted on your machine and capped at 16,000 characters; the original files never leave your computer. Registering your own Mac or GCP instance as an AOS Node is the direction the product is built around and is documented on the AOS Node page — it is not what answers your questions today.

How does the token pool work across the 8 apps?

Every app — Files, AI Chat, Accounting, CRM, Email, Marketing Content, AI Notes and Translation — draws from one shared token balance. You get a free daily grant, and can top up with a one-time pack or a monthly subscription; all pricing is indicative and billed in SGD while billing is pre-launch.

Which operating systems does AgentOS support?

AgentOS is a native desktop app for macOS on Apple Silicon and for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). One install gives you the full eight-app workspace on your own hardware.

Is anything about AgentOS not fully working yet?

Yes — we would rather tell you than oversell it. Email sending, the referral leaderboard and payment are still being wired up, and billing is pre-launch, so nothing is charged yet. Everything else described on this page reflects what ships today.
