Overview
This policy explains what personal data Namtech Pte. Ltd. ("Namtech", "we", "us") collects when you visit agentos.sg, use the AgentOS desktop application, or contact us — and what we do with it.
The core principle behind AgentOS is local-first: the files and data you work with inside the app stay on your own machine. The AI itself runs on AgentOS servers in Singapore, so the only thing that leaves your machine is the text you actively submit with a request. This policy covers the much smaller set of data we do handle directly — website visits, contact-form enquiries, and account information.
Who we are
AgentOS is published by Namtech Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore.
Company registration number (UEN): [UEN — to be provided].
Registered address: [registered business address — to be provided].
What data we collect
We collect data in three places:
- Contact form — when you submit the form on our Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and optionally phone number, company, and the message you write.
- Account data — if you create an AgentOS account (an "aos-user"), we collect your email address and account profile details, and, when you register a compute node (an "aos-node"), that node's name, platform (Mac or GCP) and status.
- Your files and product data — never collected by us. Documents, chats, notes, and everything you work with inside AgentOS stay on your own machine. Only the specific text snippet you actively submit for an AI request is sent to our servers in Singapore for processing. Our system is designed not to store that content once the request is complete (zero-retention by design); verification of this is still in progress.
How we use your data
We use the data above only to:
- Reply to enquiries you send through the Contact form.
- Create and operate your AgentOS account, including signing you in and securing your account with two-factor (email one-time code) verification.
- Sync your account settings and preferences (never your files or documents) across the devices you sign in on.
- Let you and other devices you own see and manage active sessions, and revoke a device if needed.
- Operate token billing on your account once billing is live. Pricing shown on this site today is indicative and pre-launch — no live payment is processed yet.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Data retention
Contact-form enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted or anonymised.
Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your account data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep limited records by law.
AgentOS is designed not to retain the content of AI requests once the request that generated them is complete (zero-retention by design). We are still completing verification of this on our AI infrastructure and will update this policy when it is verified. We do record usage information — the number of tokens used and the time of the request — to run your token balance.
Where our servers are, and where your data is stored
Servers in Singapore. Data stored in Singapore. Namtech is a Singapore company, the Service runs on infrastructure in Singapore, and the account data we hold — your email address, profile, token balance and usage ledger — is stored in Singapore. AI requests are processed on compute in Google Cloud's Singapore region (asia-southeast1).
Your work files stay on your own machine. The AgentOS desktop app has no upload or sync endpoint: documents, notes, CRM records, accounting data, mailbox contents and chat history are held in local storage on your own computer and are not copied to us. What travels to Singapore is the request you actively send to the AI — your messages and any text you chose to attach — so that it can be answered.
We do not operate per-country hosting and we do not offer country-specific data residency. There is no separate United States, Australian or Vietnamese region. If you use AgentOS from outside Singapore, your data is processed in Singapore.
Australia is a trial market for AgentOS. We show prices in AUD and publish an Australian English version of this site, but we do not store data in Australia and we do not offer an Australia-specific service level, support commitment, or data-residency arrangement.
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Privacy laws we work to
AgentOS is offered from Singapore into three markets — Singapore, Vietnam, and Australia as a trial market. We handle personal data with the following frameworks in mind:
- Singapore — the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). We collect, use and disclose personal data only for the purposes set out in this policy, we ask for your consent where the PDPA requires it, and you may withdraw that consent or ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you using the contact details below.
- Vietnam — Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection (Nghi dinh 13/2023/ND-CP). If you are in Vietnam, the rights that decree gives you — to be informed, to access, to correct, to delete, to withdraw consent, to object to processing, and to complain — can be exercised through the same contact details.
- Australia — the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Australia is a trial market: we do not store data in Australia, and personal data of Australian users is handled in Singapore as described in the section above. You may ask us to access or correct your personal data, or complain about how we handled it, using the contact details below.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can raise the matter with the data protection authority for your jurisdiction — in Singapore the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), in Vietnam the Ministry of Public Security, and in Australia the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
This section describes the frameworks we apply and the rights we will honour. It is a description of our practice, not a certification, and it is not legal advice. Any registration, filing or local-representative arrangement required of us in a particular market: [regulatory registration / local representative details — to be confirmed].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product develops (for example, once billing or analytics go live). We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to let existing account holders know.
