The Service

AgentOS is a desktop AI workspace app for macOS and Windows that brings together eight tools — Files, AI Chat, Accounting, CRM, Email, Marketing Content, AI Notes and Translation — behind one shared token pool.

AgentOS is local-first: your files and data stay on your own machine. The AI runs on AgentOS servers in Singapore — Google Cloud's asia-southeast1 region — on a single live model, qwen2.5:14b. Running the AI on compute you connect yourself is a direction for the product, not something available today; nothing described on this site is a guarantee that every capability is fully available at any given time.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, including during the current pre-launch period.

Servers, data location and markets

Servers in Singapore. Data stored in Singapore. The Service is operated from Singapore on infrastructure located in Singapore, and the account data we hold for you is stored in Singapore. AI requests are processed on compute in Google Cloud's Singapore region (asia-southeast1).

The files and data you work with in the AgentOS desktop app stay on your own machine — the app has no upload or sync endpoint. Only the request you actively send to the AI travels to our servers in Singapore so that it can be answered.

We do not offer per-country hosting or country-specific data residency. AgentOS is offered primarily in Singapore, with Vietnam as a second market and Australia as a trial market. Availability in a market does not mean we host data in that market, and we do not offer a market-specific or separate service-level agreement — during the pre-launch period the Service is provided without any service-level commitment (see Disclaimers below).

Accounts

To use certain features you need an AgentOS account (an "aos-user"). You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

All accounts require two-factor verification (an email one-time code) at sign-in. Do not share your one-time codes with anyone.

You may register one or more compute nodes to your account (an "aos-node" — a Mac or GCP instance you own or control) so AgentOS can run AI workloads on them. You are responsible for the security and lawful use of any node you register, and you may revoke a registered node or device at any time from your account.

You may use AgentOS on multiple devices; each signed-in device is visible to your account so you can review and revoke sessions you don't recognise.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's account, node, or data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including circumventing token limits or rate limits.
• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Pricing and billing

AgentOS is currently in a pre-launch phase. Pricing shown on this website (subscription tiers and one-time token packs) is indicative, quoted in SGD, and no live payment is currently being processed.

Once billing goes live, we will notify users before any charge is made, and these Terms will be updated to reflect the live billing process, refund policy, and applicable taxes.

Free daily token grants, referral or other promotional mechanics described on this site may change before or at launch.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and content on this website, is owned by Namtech or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Namtech's name or trademarks without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the files, documents, and data you work with inside AgentOS — as described in our Privacy Policy, that data stays on your own machine and is not owned, stored, or claimed by us.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during this pre-launch period, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namtech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or Namtech.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product develops, particularly around the transition from pre-launch to live billing. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and take reasonable steps to notify existing account holders of material changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
